Announcement of the new board of directors of the Philharmonie

After confirmation by the Government Council, the Ministry of Culture has the honor to announce the next Board of Directors of the Public Establishment 'Concert Hall Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte'. The new board will take office on 27 April 2022.

The following persons have been appointed to the Board of Directors for a period of 5 years:

  • Mr Pierre Ahlborn, civil society representative
  • Mr Jean-Paul OLINGER, civil society representative
  • Ms Myriam SCHMIT, civil society representative
  • Mr Jo KOX, First Government Counsellor at the ministry of Culture, representative of the supervisory ministry
  • Ms Nadine ERPELDING, Government Counsellor at the ministry of Culture, representative of the supervisory ministry
  • Mrs Monique REIFF, representative of the ministry of Culture
  • Mr Luc DHAMEN, Director of the administration of public buildings, representative of the supervisory ministry
  • Ms Michelle STEICHEN, First Inspector of Finance at the General Inspectorate of Finance
  • Mrs Michelle STEICHEN, First Inspector of Finances at the General Inspectorate of Finances, representative of the minister in charge of the Budget
  • Ms Lydie POLFER, Mayor of the City of Luxembourg, representative of the City of Luxembourg.

 

Mr Pierre Ahlborn will act as Chairman and Ms Michelle Steichen as Vice-Chairman.
